I just think, if you could look at both, if you are going to do that because, clearly, if 90 percent of the Nation's pork are going to be under this system. I think it is in the best interests of consumers.

I think we need to kind of confront that issue because, quite frankly, at least in my jurisdiction, if I put all my D.C. staff on a plane to Nevada, they could get jurisdiction--they could get vaccinations.
