The amendment is as follows: amendment no. 755 to amendment no. 738 (Purpose: To require a report on plans to implement reductions to certain salaries and expenses accounts) At the end of title VII of division A, add the following: Sec. 7___. Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall submit to the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate a report describing plans to implement reductions to salaries and expenses accounts included in this Act.
