The Trump administration is breaking the law by refusing to disperse funds approved by Congress.

Why is this bill designed to take away some of the benefits that you claim people are going to have?

These programs are not without need of reform. However, reauthorization is crucial to the economic growth and stability and to protect our economic security and interests in our hemisphere. Mr. Speaker, I urge support of this legislation.
