Abortion care is healthcare. The Women's Health Protection Act protects the right of healthcare providers to provide abortion care free from undue burdens. This bill is needed now more than ever with Texas creating the harshest most inhumane abortion ban. And for all the men in this room-- that is one missed period. One. The SPEAKER pro tempore (Ms. Jackson Lee). All time for debate has expired. Pursuant to House Resolution 667, the previous question is ordered on the bill, as amended. The question is on the engrossment and third reading of the bill. The bill was ordered to be engrossed and read a third time, and was read the third time. Motion to Recommit
