You know, it is great to boast about progress we are making, and I think we have turned this place light years around from where we were. But none of us have actually talked enough about that looming $5.3 trillion debt that will remain even with the balanced budget. Some estimates suggest that that number may climb to $6 trillion by the year 2001, 2002. So I think we have to underscore right now that we are talking about a significant amount of debt that remains after the balanced budget.
