Over the last year, a lot of brave men and women, women and men, in all types of jobs, have come forward to share their stories of sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

For several years, the EEOC has vigorously defended LGBTQ workers from harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

Moving forward, we should be working to prevent sexual harassment across the country.

Finally, these men and women are beginning to be listened to and believed.
