We are heading in a different direction. That is what's happening.

I was in favor of all of the Iranian sanctions, by the way, all of the Iranian sanctions, and I was in favor of this agreement, not that it was perfect, but it got rid of the nuclear weapons.

President Trump's decision to withdraw from the Iran nuclear agreement... undermines national security, and it inflames tensions in war zones like Syria Lebanon and Yemen.

There is no one in this Congress, no one in this country that condones repression anywhere by any dictator in any country.

But there has to be some role that Congress plays. We can't be passive observers of what's going on.

I think for rural America--and I applaud your efforts. That's first and foremost.
