Affordability is a real challenge for communities in Vermont.

One of the most significant events in the last Presidential campaign, of course, was the dump of emails stolen from the Democratic National Committee.

These are no good. These are phony maps.

These maps are bogus.

I am a little skeptical about the deployment promises in rural areas.

I mean, that is really upsetting to us. And I am struggling to see how this past gives me confidence about the future.

We do not have good coverage in Vermont.

Twenty-four million Americans lack access to fixed broadband at high-speed internet speeds.

There is a lot of rhetoric here.

And it turns out that is a fairy tale.

So my hat is off to you.

I don't want to dwell on this but I don't understand a word you just said.

There is not a lot of money to be made for them.

We are on the verge of abandoning rural America and that has got to change.

I think it is important that we had this hearing.

The prospect of their formulary limiting access far exceeds the public interest formulary?

Any problem with that?

Any disagreement there? No.

The market is broken and is being exploited by those who are in a position to raise prices without any restraint.

My hope is that we'll be able to work together, Mr. Chairman and Mr. Ranking Member, on these broken market elements

Mr. Chairman, you did speak for all of us.

The sad truth is that Pharma, for all the good it does with life-extending and pain-relieving drugs... is holding all of our good constituents hostage.

If that is so, Mr. Chairman, why is it, why is it that Pharma spends more on advertising than research?
