I would think that just should be policy; we shouldn't need a law to do that.
Quality of care has been an issue for years, long before there was a computer chip.
We make laws because people are not doing their job, and their unnecessary.
If people lose confidence in your hospital, they will quit coming there.
I would make sure that every 150 plus those medical centers that checked that box and said we know how to do this, and are doing this.
But at the end of the day, we still have, as medical staff people, the patient's safety and quality of care is upmost.
