I really don't care where you get the care; as a veteran, I want you to get the absolute best care that this country can give you.

What we want is a nimble VA, and I think there is no question in my mind from watching health care over the 40 years, more than 40 years that I have been a physician, is that we have gone from inpatient care to outpatient care.
