In the year 2025, in the richest country in the history of world, nobody should be forced to work for starvation wages.

There’s some kind of mythology out there that the only people working for minimum wage are kids trying to make some extra spending money … and that is not the case.

We need the Republicans to understand that workers in their states can’t make it on $7.25 and $10 an hour, they have got to join us and help us raise that minimum wage to $17 an hour.

We’ve got to stand up and rally the American people to fight against this horrendous agenda.

When you talk about people losing faith in the American political system, it’s justified.

If Musk can do this to federal employees, some of whom are in unions … what do you think he’s going to be doing when artificial intelligence and robotics comes for your job?

That is not what people fought and died to create in this country.

What he wants is power and wealth for his oligarch friends. So nothing would surprise me about Trump.

What these trade agreements, in essence, said to corporate America: ‘Hey, no problem. You can throw American workers out on the street.’

We don’t have to hate China. We don’t have to hate other people. Let’s figure out a way to work together.

America must stop large corporations from moving jobs to 'low-wage countries.'

The oligarchs have unlimited amounts of money. They own the media, they have tremendous power over the political process.

I think some of them are Republicans, some of them may be conservative Democrats.

We need a rational and well-thought-out trade policy, not arbitrary actions from the White House.

President Trump and Elon Musk have suggested that ‘millions and millions’ of dead people receive Social Security checks. That is an outrageous lie designed to undermine Americans’ faith in Social Security.

Does that sound like a democracy to you?

I think we should rephrase it, call it a pseudo-democracy.

Trump is deploying them in a self-destructive manner.

None of these systems are defensive, none of them are necessary to protect Israel from incoming drone or rocket attacks.

All of these systems have been linked to dozens of illegal airstrikes, including on designated humanitarian sites, resulting in thousands of civilian casualties.

There is a name and a term for forcibly expelling people from where they live. It is called ethnic cleansing. It is illegal. It is a war crime.

We are deeply complicit in all of this death and suffering.
