The politics of addition are always smarter than the politics of subtraction.

I want an aspirational leader that I could say to my son and grandson, grow up to be like him or her. And he fails that test miserably.

As a fiscal conservative and as a Republican, I believe that we fought for this a lot harder, though, and I want to walk through that just a little bit.
