If we are going to look at workforce development in a holistic way, we should look at populations that have seen a decline in industry jobs, such as many localities in my district, and we need to make sure that economic development is a part of this as well, so that we can train folks for local jobs.
Griffith stresses the importance of addressing job declines in workforce development.
