This current model year is almost over with, 2025 vehicles. By 2026, it will be a requirement of 35 percent of vehicles sold--in one more model year in these States, 35 percent. At the current rate in California and New York, about 10 percent of these vehicles are being sold. How the heck are you going to jump to 35 percent in a year? Nobody wants to buy these cars. Mr.…
