If you do not live in a community where you have access to more jobs, apartments, all the things, even healthcare access, VA care, it is just very different.
We are dealing with a defense budget that is inadequate, in my opinion. It is something we need to continue to put our money where our mouth is from the Congress side and make sure that we providing that pay and compensation.
I know that with some other controlled substances, the VA does a great job with things like drug contracts...
