I would like to introduce into the record the following letters in support of H.R. 2250, the EPA Regulatory Relief Act of 2011.

We would like to see evidence that actually shows that these regulations would in fact, not extrapolated theories or models, but would in fact cause the problems.

So you understand that it is in fact the legislature's job that all of us, as many have already stated, it is our job to go out and listen to our constituents and then we face election each year.

We have to roll back some of these regulations that are killing jobs, and it really does not matter to me who gets the credit as long as we get the job done.

I really wish we could quantify... because we all want clean water and we all want clean air and we all want jobs.

It just tells me when you leave something out, it looks like we have left it out deliberately.

So are you in agreement then we probably should have some cost recovery under vulnerabilities?

I am just really perplexed. I don't understand your processes, and I don't follow it.
