Unless we are planning to build a big glass globe around the country, we could shut everything down and still this won't change. It will get worse.

Isn't it a fact that if they are coming from outside the United States and we drive manufacturing... to other countries like China, India, or Mexico, aren't we, in fact, increasing the likelihood or increasing the amount of mercury that may actually come into these United States?
