I would like to know what kind of due diligence the FDA has the authority to do?

These were not our compounding. This was not your small compounding pharmacy. These were, in fact, manufacturers.

I certainly hope there are, and I hope that we can get some answers on why and what we need to do.

we have numerous requirements coming in and every time we turn around there is a rate increase.

the consumer side of this equation is often left out.

If we continue to throw more regulations on and more regulations on like wet blankets on the fire of enterprise, we will be doing our Nation a disservice.

If we choose to use the God-given resources, the natural things that are here, the energy sources that we have, we can remain the number one nation economically in the world for many, many years to come.

I believe in all of the above. I believe in trying to make sure that we have everything on the table.

I see this all the time where it appears that the EPA is either making others spend a lot of money or they are spending money and yet we could take that money and use it for something that really matters like the cookstoves and do things in this country.

But, you know, we are on the frontlines of that. We lost another 620 jobs just last week that are idled.

we think we are sending jobs with so many different regulations coming from so many different parts of the EPA and other agencies at one time and we are actually sending a lot of jobs overseas.
