Conditions are worse today than when the CPC designation was given before.

Let me be clear. Nigeria clearly meets the CPC standard under USCIRF, not only based on evidence that public reported but what should be reflected in the State Department's own reporting.

I do not know how you feel about that. But I'm not really thrilled about it.
