Let me be clear. Nigeria clearly meets the CPC standard under USCIRF, not only based on evidence that public reported but what should be reflected in the State Department's own reporting.

Conditions are worse today than when the CPC designation was given before.

The United States needs to take a leadership role to the rest of the world.
