Nothing is more important than--one of the most important things we can do then is to make sure that the names of the prisoners are always given to them in meetings, that we talk about it on the floor of the House and in public statements, and the rest, because we don't want to be accomplices to the torture that the dissidents are subjected to in prison by the Chinese regime.
