I think the initial purpose of the faith based was that the churches, the synagogues, the mosques would then come around the person once they left the prison so there was a continuity.

Let me be clear. Nigeria clearly meets the CPC standard under USCIRF, not only based on evidence that public reported but what should be reflected in the State Department's own reporting.

if bold action is not taken by the end of the year, I believe a tipping point will be reached and we will see the end of Christianity in Iraq in a few short years.
