So if we are even reasonably concerned that the commercial crew program may not deliver in time to serve the International Space Station, I guess the question somebody would have to ask, and I am not saying I am opposed to it, but why should taxpayers spend an additional $4 billion subsidizing companies to develop these systems when other programs that are meritorious have to be cut?
