The widespread acknowledgement that the health care exchanges were not tested months in advance as promised is cause for concern.

Not a week goes by that I don't hear examples from the people I represent in Michigan and job creators about the increasing costs and how Obamacare is making it harder for businesses to invest, grow, and hire people.

In fact, based on what little information the administration has disclosed, it turns out that more people have received cancellation notices for their health care plans this month than have enrolled in the exchanges.
