Eric Cantor: “The American biopharmaceutical industry leads the world.”

Not a week goes by that I don't hear examples from the people I represent in Michigan and job creators about the increasing costs and how Obamacare is making it harder for businesses to invest, grow, and hire people.

Now while I intend to serve out my term as a member in Congress, effective July 31st I will be stepping down as majority leader. It is with great humility that I do so knowing the tremendous honor it has been to hold this position.

No amount of Web site fixes can make right the President's broken promises that health care costs will be lowered by $2,500 or that Americans will be able to keep the plan they have and like.

I, for one, am increasingly concerned about the growing mobs occupying Wall Street and the other cities across the country.
