The people of the State of Virginia, through their elected representatives, have the right to decide this issue. We in the Federal Government should not be funding a rogue organization that is going to go in and offer a contrary view to the rights of the people of Virginia, or any other State that faces this type of effort on the part of the Federal Government to fund land use planning contrary to the interests of people at the local or the State level. That is my position.
