I thank the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Conyers), the gentlewoman from Texas (Ms. Jackson Lee), the gentleman from South Carolina (Mr. Gowdy), and the chief sponsor, the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Sensenbrenner), for working with me and my staff on this legislation. I urge my colleagues to support it. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Goodlatte) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 1188, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
