I am not aware of any other speakers on this amendment, so I would urge my colleagues to support the amendment. It is, as the chairman indicated and the ranking member indicated, bipartisan legislation that will improve the underlying bill in significant ways and protect the civil liberties of American citizens in a more clear fashion. I thank all of those in the Chamber and outside who contributed ideas to help us craft this amendment and urge all of my colleagues to support it. I yield back the balance of my time.
