I am very hopeful that the legal agricultural workforce can work its way into any of the immigration debate and discussion and resolution that Congress comes up with in the future.
The charge is abuse of power, but what the majority is really upset about is the fact that the President and the administration is exercising its power under the Constitution, its authorized powers.
It is the change in technology that has evolved, particularly since ECPA was passed and we have tried to reform it.
I think that we have to work together to find more flexibility for them so they are not swept up and treated the same way as other people who may well deserve to be in a class action.
