The Judiciary Committee has been doing everything it can to fulfill that mandate including on the regulatory reform front.
The original intent being that which is held to be yours and reasonably expected to be for privacy must be returned to privacy.
I think that we have to work together to find more flexibility for them so they are not swept up and treated the same way as other people who may well deserve to be in a class action.
