Mr. Speaker, I thank the gentleman for sharing his personal experiences, his friendships with these three outstanding Members of Congress. I turn to the other neighboring Congressman, the Congressman from the Third Congressional District who has served with me for many years on the House Judiciary Committee until he went to become the ranking member on the House Education and the Workforce Committee and has served here as long as I have.
