I yield myself an additional 30 seconds. Now, people who are murdered, people who are injured by people who are unlawfully present in the United States should have their day in court with the city of San Francisco or anyone else just as well as they are apparently willing to pay money to people who are illegally in the country because they were properly turned over to Federal authorities to be deported from this country. I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Chabot), a member of the Judiciary Committee.
