Mr. Speaker, this is a good bill. It is a bipartisan bill. I thank Members on both sides of the aisle for their contributions to this effort. I again commend the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Sensenbrenner) for reintroducing this bill. I urge my colleagues to support the bill. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.
