The text of the amendment is as follows: Subparagraph (A) of section 804(2) of title 5, United States Code, as proposed to be amended to read by section 3 of the bill, is amended to read as follows: ``(A) an annual cost on the economy of $100,000,000 or more, adjusted annually for inflation;''.
