The President is being helpful to the process when he works with the Congress and suggests that he wants to accomplish immigration reform, but he hurts the efforts in the Congress when he says, 'If you don't do it' and the suggestion is further, 'If you don't do it my way, I will act unilaterally,' when many of us believe the United States Constitution does not give him the authority to do that.
