He betrayed the trust of the American people. This resolution will censure Schiff for his gross abuse of power using his position as chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence to access our Nation's most sensitive information to then mislead the American people and his colleagues here in this Congress. The other side often speaks of decorum and holding up the integrity of this body. Now it is time for them to put their actions to their words.…”
