I would like to understand your basis for the belief that the CDC was acting within the scope of its authority.
Not only did the judge rule that the CDC went beyond its authority, they also found that they violated the APA.
Your allegiance is to your constituents. Each one of us is here because of our constituents.
I want more access to the Antarctic facilities and our telescope facilities.
