Without addressing the underlying causes, we can’t have true justice in our country.

There was no Secret Service with him, no staff with him. He just kind of walked in.

For my colleagues on the left, the reason many of the proposals we're likely to hear about today aren't law is because of Democrat opposition, not Republican opposition.
