I think there is a distinct difference between a rural post office, which could be the center of town, ... and maybe an urban center or downtown.

I recognize the series of indicators along the way of the remarkable progress that has been made within the Postal Service.
This is the first of our oversight hearings on the Postal Service and our first hearing overall.
Certainly when it comes to natural gas, I think we have to be particularly concerned if there is climate change legislation, that the electricity providers turn to natural gas.
