The U.S. Postal Service has experienced the largest drop-off in mail volume in its 234-year history.

I actually think there is probably more justification for using Federal funds to help fund the Postal Service.

I will not support, nor do I believe we need, a rate increase on postage stamps.

GAO's renewed designation should serve as another powerful reason for Congress to act, and act quickly, in passing H.R. 22.
