Jason Chaffetz is a former Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Utah's 3rd congressional district from 2009 to 2017. I don't think we need to back away from being able to talk about the threats that we face.
We, too, just like the ARB, should have unfettered access to all the information, all the witnesses, and all the documents.
The word is that it is being taken to the black market, it is just being shot in the field, shooting who knows what, they are taking it home for their own personal use.
Protecting the privacy of this information is up to Congress, and given the reasonable expectations of privacy we have about our location information, the appropriate standard is probable cause.
As I like to say frequently, the United State of America is different from the rest of the world.
I happened to vote against the legislation that created the sequestration, as did the member from Massachusetts.
