Jason Chaffetz is a former Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Utah's 3rd congressional district from 2009 to 2017. if you don't have property tax, which is private property to generate the taxes that you need to educate your children, like we need in Utah.
let us take that little bit of excess that doesn't serve a public purpose and let us put it up at fair market value and sell it back as private property.
