And then you wonder why the average person who is trying and scraping by, and they see their insurance rates go up double digits, screaming high, it is because of people like you. That is why they are going up. It is one of the key reasons.
What I don't want to do is have government controls or government price controlling, but it is difficult when you see patients who are suffering.
I think that is one our questions. Are they actually spurring innovations? Should there be limitation on the resale of those vouchers?
The proper role of Congress is not to micromanage a private company. It is not my role.
I think you are both being disingenuous and incomplete in your answer, and I want you to reconsider in the future.

Congresswoman, that's an excellent question, and I think that's exactly what we need to take a look at right now.
You are making a fundamental and total mistake. You are misusing American taxpayer dollars.
And, Mr. King, you are enabling this. You are the decision-maker. You have been given this mantle of trust from the President of the United States and you are failing. And it has got to quit.
