I wish, wish, wish we could hear that same passion that we just heard about all racism.

It is always fascinating to me to hear folks talk about how often they have been to the border, or they parachute in to observe the border. I live on the U.S.-Mexico border. I represent a wonderful community on the border.

The more time we waste on the bizarre focus that we have seen this Congress, the less time we have to truly think through real answers.
