Despite its April 17th pledge to help de-escalate the crisis in Ukraine, Russia has done exactly the opposite.
I believe these actions should--we should understand that we have to reevaluate our agreements with the Russians because of their failure to abide by international law.
In my opinion, the Russians are not our allies. They are not our friends and we certainly can't take them for their word.
Maybe we should reevaluate giving money to countries that support Russian invasion. Just a thought.
