I support all of these pieces of legislation before us, except the last one from Mr. Zeldin, and I have some questions.

We should limit science and technology cooperation with China.

We know they are not abiding by the treaty, and they are just making matters worse.

So are we, the United States, in the nation building business of Afghanistan?
