Even though Barack Obama leads Mitt Romney in the polls by a wide margin, the turnout, the enthusiasm, the fire, the passion that Latinos had four years ago just wasn't there.
He's somehow -- and this is a difficult thing to do -- annoyed both the left and the right today, because he gave that mealy-mouthed, kind of cowardly statement where he didn't take a position.
If you say he got rich by laying people off... boy, they don't like that.
Mr. President, you need to tell folks that you understand their pain, because you've been there, too.
I do think the president has got to make this much more about the future and much more of a contrast between his vision for the middle class and what he, I think, will couch, describe and I would, as Mitt Romney's vision for an elitist…
Elections are always about the future not the past. It is very difficult for incumbents to understand that because in most other jobs when you're up for renewal you say, I did a good job.
I know the president has actually stopped the Bush depression. I know he's created 4.3 million private sector jobs.
