We cannot allow Iran's nuclear program to reach a breakout capability; meaning that Iran cannot have a civil nuclear program that allows them, at a moment of their choosing, to turn it into a nuclear weapon.

I find that unacceptable.

So the question is: Is Iran serious about change, and can Rouhani negotiate a deal that he can deliver on?
