An unsecured border is a problem. It's not just a Federal problem.

What we got is a Federal policy disaster, OK, that incentivized illegal migration instead of criminalized illegal migration.

Their place of duty is in this hearing because it is a full hearing. And they are not here. They are AWOL.

It is an abomination. It is despicable that people in Washington would set policy that would cause that to those men and women.
