It would seem that people who are in our country illegally are under less scrutiny to use our air services than American citizens.

Well, I can say just generally speaking probably 75 percent of the people on the mission down there to secure our border are doing processing.

The hard part for us is that this is only because of budget limitations. No other reason. We just don't have the money.
